Return policy:
RRCL, LLC's return policy extends to 14 days after purchase. Unfortunately, beyond 14 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must be in the original packaging and have no signs of installation or odor of fuel or oil products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
RRCL, LLC will only pay return freight if the item returned is due to our error in order fulfillment.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, RRCL, LLC will send an email to notify the items has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed less a 15% restocking fee. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 7 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
RRCL, LLC will only replace items defective or freight damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rrclllc.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: RRCL, LLC, 15176 SE 73rd Ave., Summerfield, FL, 34491.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. RRCL, LLC does not provide guarantees on customer purchased return shipping.
